We still have a basket full of unread library books, but I had to pick up all of the ones I had requested before they sent them back, so we made a library trip today. (Does your library limit the number of books you can have on hold? So far, the most I’ve requested at once is 12. I am tempted to see how many I can get away with!)
Here’s what we came away with today:
The Princess and the Packet of Frozen Peas by Tony Wilson
Penguin in Peril by Helen Hancocks
Goodnight Lab: A Scientific Parody by Chris Ferrie
Bear’s House of Books by Poppy Bishop
How to Raise a Mom by Jean Reagan
The Three Little Pugs and the Big, Bad Cat by Becky Davies
Ganesha’s Sweet Tooth by Sanjay Patel & Emily Haynes
Ella Who? by Linda Ashman
Dance Is for Everyone by Andrea Zull
I Will Take a Nap! by Mo Willems
Splat the Cat: The Rain Is a Pain by Amy Hsu Lin
Ride, Fly Guy, Ride! by Tedd Arnold
I Spy Fly Guy! by Tedd Arnold
Who Can? Daniel Can! by Maggie Testa
Remembering Blue Fish by Becky Friedman
Mulan Is Loyal; Merida Is Brave by Cherie Gosling
Mommy’s Khimar by Jamilah Thompkins-Bigelow
Eliana has already read eight of these since we got home, so I’d say we made some strong choices! We’re looking forward to sharing some reviews with you soon.
